The management of Learning, Evidencing and Advocacy Pillars (LEAP), the inheritors of the old FEPAR programme on Wednesday April 20 2016 paid a courtesy call on the Director General of the Bureau of Public Service Reforms Dr. Joe Abah in his office in Abuja. The delegation led by the team leader, Mr. Sam Unom, technical adviser William Kingsmill, and programme officers Anna Paterson and Vikki Chambers solicited the coorperation of Dr. Abah as they embark on the journey of collaboration with the Public Service.
In his speech at the occasion, Dr. Abah congratulated the team for winning the DFID bid to work with the Public Service in Nigeria for the next five years and urged LEAP to assist the Bureau with research facilities, commissioning and disseminating policy papers, support with publishing, peer learning and Community of Practice and problem-driven learning.
